An in-home probation check led Fairview Township Police to arrest two people on drug charges late last week.
Members of York County Adult Probation were conducting a check at the home of Christopher David Nauss, 22, of the 100 block of Leo Court, just before 2 p.m. on Feb. 21 when they found drug paraphernalia and illegal and prescription drugs, marijuana, according to a news release from township police.
Police officers were called in an seized more than 30 grams of marijuana, cocaine, 10 different kinds of prescription drugs and the paraphernalia, police said.
Officers also arrested Nauss and Kendrae Jean Smith, 24, of the 1600 block of Oakley Drive in Dover Township, police said.
They are each charged with six counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Nauss and Smith remain in York County Prison. Nauss is on $25,00 bail and Smith is on $5,000, according to court records.
