Burlington will open a new store at North Hanover Mall, the national off-price retailer announced Tuesday.
The 52,000-square-foot store will open in the spring at the mall's location, 1155 Carlisle Street in Hanover, and bring about 50 to 100 new jobs to the area, according to a news release.
The store will occupy the former JCPenney space in the mall, said spokeswoman Lauren Flanagan.
The new location will offer men's and women's attire, as well as children's clothing, furniture, footwear, baby accessories, home decor and coats, the release says. Burlington says it offers up to 65 percent off department store prices.
The new store will be one of 28 Burlington locations across Pennsylvania, the release says.
"We are thrilled to open a new Burlington in the Hanover community, bringing jobs to the neighborhood and providing residents with a valued shopping experience," President and CEO Tom Kingsbury said in the release.
