7:15 a.m. update: Met-Ed reports 695 customers in York County without power this morning, with the largest concentration in Felton, where 214 customers are in the dark, according to the First Energy website.
PPL reports one York County customer without power, and PECO says it has five customers without electricity in Peach Bottom Township, according to company websites.
Also, York College is now closed on Friday.
6:30 a.m. update: York Suburban schools are now closed on Friday, according to the district website.
York County offices and courts will be open Friday, but the county's liberal leave policy is in effect for non-essential employees.
Court business is canceled, and jurors should not report, the county said.
Also, PennDOT has lifted the speed limit restrictions on highways in the region, including Interstate 83 and routes 30 and 15 in York County. Regular speed limits are in effect.
Restrictions on the Pennsylvania Turnpike were also lifted at 6 a.m. Friday, the Turnpike Commission said.

Previous: Most schools in York County are closed on Friday, with a couple of exceptions: West Shore and York Suburban are on a two-hour delay at 5:45 a.m.
Dallastown's in-service day has been canceled, Hanover was scheduled to have an in-service day, and Northern York's in-service day has a two-hour delay, according to websites.
All HACC campuses, including York, are on a delayed schedule, and York College is on a two-hour delay. Penn State York is closed.
