A 95-year-old York City woman found dead on her porch in November did not die of hypothermia, according to the York County Coroner's Office.
Charlotte Heck, of the 700 block of Parkway Boulevard, died of a heart attack, the coroner's office said.
Neighbors spotted Heck's body on her porch the morning of Nov. 25. She lived by herself.
An autopsy was performed the next day, but the coroner's office was waiting to receiving results on toxicology and other tests before making a final determination.
Because of cold temperatures at the time, Chief Deputy Coroner Claude Stabley had confirmed it was possible Heck might have fallen, been unable to get up and succumbed to hypothermia.
