York isn't getting a break from the cold weather any time soon.
Friday will be sunny and cold, with a high of 18 and wind chills as low as -7 during the day, according to the National Weather Service. Friday night will have a low of 12 and wind chills around -2.
Scattered snow showers are possible Saturday, with less than an inch of snow predicted, the forecast said. Saturday's high will be 29 and the low 10, with winds from the south at 11-17 mph and gusts upt ot 26 mph. Saturday night will have west winds at 16-21 mph and gusts up to 30 mph making the wind chill around -2.
Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high of 25 and low of 20, the NWS said. Winds will be from the west at 11-14 mph with gusts up to 21 mph.
Monday will be partly sunny, with a high of 24, and temperatures will plunge Monday night to a low around 1, the forecast said. Tuesday and Wednesday will have highs in the low teens and lows close to 0.
