Members of the U.S. Marshals Services' fugitive task force on Wednesday arrested a California man wanted by York City Police for alleged sexual offenses against children, according to a marshals service press release.

Keith Biegger, 19, of San Diego, now awaits extradition to face charges including indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, sexual abuse of a minor, child pornography, invasion of privacy and producing, presenting or directing an obscene performance involving a minor, according to court records.

York City detectives began investigating Biegger in June and on Jan. 15 obtained an arrest warrant for him, according to the marshals service.

Marshals tracked down Biegger in San Diego and arrested him without incident, the press release stated.
