A Libertarian candidate for governor will make an appearance in York on Thursday.

Ken Krawchuk is one of three candidates seeking the Libertarian Party's nomination for 2014, according to a news release.

He will be at Central Family Restaurant, 400 N. George St., at 7 p.m. Thursday. The public is invited to meet him.

Krawchuk, 60, was the Libertarian Party gubernatorial candidate in 1998 and 2002, according to the news release.

Pennsylvania Libertarians will choose their candidates for governor and lieutenant governor at their convention in Bethlehem on Saturday, Feb. 22.
