Tomorrow will be partly sunny and breezy, with a high near 36, according to the weather service. Tomorrow night will be partly cloudy and cool down to 20.

Tuesday -- New Year's Eve -- will be partly sunny and breezy, with wind gusts as high as 22 mph, the forecast says. The high will be near 36, and the low will be around 21.
