It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas in York, even though the snow is mostly gone.

York has a chance of snow showers for Christmas Eve on Tuesday, mostly in the early afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. Less than half an inch of accumulation is expected. The high will be 38 and the low 20, and winds will be from the northwest at 12-17 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph.

The area will have a sunny and cold Christmas Day, with a high of 32 and low of 25, the forecast said. Winds will be from the northwest at 5-7 mph.

Thursday will be partly sunny, with a high of 41 and low of 25, the NWS said. Winds will be from the south and shift to the west at 6-13 mph with gusts up to 21 mph.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be sunny, with highs of 38 Friday stretching to 47 by Sunday and lows in the upper 20s each day, the forecast said.
