After a warm and rainy start on Monday, York will see falling temperatures and drier weather through Christmas Day.
Monday will have rain, mostly before 2 p.m., with up to 3/4 inch expected, according to the National Weather Service. Monday's high of 58 will be felt early in the day, with temperatures falling to around 48 by 5 p.m., and the low will be 28.
There's a slight chance of snow showers between 4 and 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve, with a high of 38 and low of 21, the forecast said. Winds will be from the northwest at 15 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.
Christmas Day on Wednesday will be sunny, with a high of 31 and low of 27, the NWS said. Winds will be from the north at 5-10 mph.
Thursday will be mostly sunny, with a high of 41 and low of 27, and Friday and Saturday will also be sunny, with a high of 36 and low of 26, the service said.
