Police say a Cumberland County woman set her boyfriend's Fairview Township home on fire earlier this week.
Lori Ann Labarck, 50, of the 100 block of May Drive in Camp Hill, is charged with a single count of arson, according to court records.
She remained in York County Prison on $250,000 bail, Fairview Township Police said.
First responders from York and Cumberland counties were sent to the house fire in the 600 block of Old York Road about 4:30 p.m. and found about a quarter of the house fully engulfed in flames, Bill Carlisle, the township fire chief, had said.
Labarck's boyfriend, the only person living in the house, wasn't home at the time of the fire but was displaced.
A state police fire marshal ruled the fire arson, and police arrested Labrack on Wednesday, police said.
The fire caused an estimate $150,000 in damage, Carlisle said.
Police also charged Labarck with failure to stop and render aid and damage to an attended vehicle for a separate incident that also happened Monday, according to court records.
