Two York College students were allegedly robbed at gunpoint on campus early Wednesday morning.

Township police officers responded to the York College Northside Commons in the 400 block of East Jackson Street a little after midnight where the students said two people in hooded sweatshirts just robbed them of cash and a cellphone, police said.

The students said the suspects approached them and one pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The suspects were last seen running west on West Jackson Street, police said.

Both suspects are described as being 6-foot with a thin build. One was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt while the other was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, police said.
