The man told the officer that Lehigh crawled through the bathroom window to a balcony and left about 20 minutes prior.

A short time later, the officer heard coughing coming from the second-floor balcony and when he went to investigate, found Lehigh hiding on the balcony before she head-butted the window to a neighboring apartment and climbed through the window, documents state.

The officer went into the apartment and found Lehigh crawling in bed with the man who lives there. She told the officer that she was in the apartment the entire time, documents state.
