A York Haven man was caught for the ninth time driving on a suspended license, state police say.

Mark Allen Albright, 51, was pulled over, again, by police at the intersection of Lewisberry and Rosstown roads in Lewisberry at 5:37 p.m. on June 13.

The trooper found that Albright was driving on a suspended license stemming from a DUI conviction. It was the ninth time Albright was caught driving on a suspended license. The state Department of Transportation deems him a habitual offender, police said.

A habitual offender is someone who has committed the same traffic offense at least three times. Those found guilty of being such an offender lose their license for five years.
