Police are filing juvenile charges against an 11-year-old Upper Allen Elementary School student who they said urinated on a computer cart that held numerous MacBook computers Wednesday.

The cart and computers were damaged beyond repair, and damage was estimated at more than $36,000, police said. The cart was in a school hallway at the time.

The boy will be charged as a juvenile in Cumberland County Court with institutional vandalism and criminal mischief, Upper Allen Township Police said.
