"The Rememberer" opens Friday, Aug. 8, at DreamWrights Youth & Family Theatre, 100 Carlisle Ave., York. Sports

The York Revolution will finish off a seven-game homestand this weekend at Santander Stadium. On Friday and Saturday evenings at 6:30 p.m., the Revs will face Sugar Land. At 5 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 p.m. Monday, York takes on Long Island.

Lincoln Speedway has a big event planned for Saturday. The Brandon Little Memorial Fallen Firefighters Night sprint-car feature will offer $5,000 to the winner. The 358 sprints and legends cars will also be a part of the program, which starts at 7:30 p.m.

The 10th annual Junior War of the Roses golf tournament is set for Friday at Out Door Country Club. The event pits the top junior golfers from York County against their counterparts from Lancaster County.
